Extra-ordinary Service...Real Estate
In the pursuit of providing quality service to each and everyone, I realize that boundaries must be attained and communicated early in the client/Real Estate Pro relationship. If you don't consider your time valuable, you will be working at all times for the sake of accommodating any and all customers, to include over zealous, impatient and/or super anxious customers and real estate professionals. It really comes down to courtesy, respect, self control and communication.
You can provide the very best service when you are always courteous and respectful. Create time-lines and strategies for success and be sure to communicate effectively your desire to serve along with specifics on how and when you work. Persistent text messages from clients at 10:30 p.m or later are not received as professional. Don't invite this activity nor condone or support it. Although I may be working well beyond 6 or 7 p.m. it's important not to encourage phone calls or text messages after reasonable evening hours. Advanced technology can put you in the position of facilitating requests and responding within seconds, however, there is a price. Remember to maintain structure and adhere to guidelines that demonstrate your professionalism at all times.
Communication is KING. Be sure to clearly state your plans, intentions on how you will communicate and serve your clients. It's equally important to know how they will contact you. Your expectations along with their's must be in a mutual alignment in order to sustain a cohesive and productive relationship. I've heard it said, "the customer is always right." However your time is valuable and you are the expert, therefore you must set the precedence for how you will work will everyone.
Make it a point to communicate effectively, utilize your time efficiently and serve others respectfully. You will be well on your way to providing Extra-ordinary Service.

Getting Personal...
I know I have a lot of questions about the real estate market. And while I have many resources and contacts to get the answers I need, there still remains a variety of questions that still require responses.
The questions most frequently asked questions about Short-Sales:
The questions most frequently asked questions about Short-Sales:
- What is a Short-Sale?
- Is it better to buy a house that is listed with "Short-Sale" status? Does this make the sale faster?
- Why do Short-Sales take so long to close?
- How many people are involved in the short sales process?
- What do I need to know to sell my property, "short-sale"?
- Is is better to buy a house that is a Short-Sale or a Foreclosure?
- Can I offer 20% less than list price?
- Who will consider the offer, Seller's or Bank?
My question for you is would you prefer your responses in an email, in a flyer, or during an informative conversation with a professional?

Let's Lift Every Voice and Sing...my Tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr.
Let’s Lift Every Voice and Sing…
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Courageous, Faithful, God Fearing, Loving, Obedient Servant and Honorable man. Even posthumously, Dr. King, Jr. still inspires us to be better, bolder, honorable, as well as, loving, diligent and tenacious. We are inspired to always seek God’s Will for our lives so that we may be well equipped to reach and fulfill our Destinies.
We won’t soon forget the Power this man had to change the course of this Nation’s perspective on equality, stance on segregation and laws that prevented minorities/Blacks/African Americans from sharing public spaces, pursuing jobs education, the right to Vote (fairly), careers, business opportunities or higher salaries. The previous ‘accepted’ way of life kept the prevailing White majority, unethical, unlawful, unruly, prejudiced and quite frankly Un American. The overwhelming insolence and ignorance to what is Right or Just separated Americans and demeaned an entire race. Dr. King said it best when he stated, “Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” As Martin Luther King, Jr. was inspired by God and Ghandi, in Mahatma Ghandi’s words, “Be the change you want to see in the World.” Dr. King, Jr., took that inspiration to heart and stood firm in his beliefs and stayed the course, triumphant through non-violent means. His audacious vigilance revered by many, changed the Country and World’s perspective on tolerance, diversity and race relations. For many Dr. King, Jr.’s action changed everything and as a result everything changed for us all.
Martin Luther King, Jr., remains an integral part of the fabric of our lives for generations past, present and future. Today we celebrate a ‘King’ Today we lift up Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (Thank You.)
Inspiration:
“Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase.”
“Whatever your life's work is, do it well. A man should do his job so well that the living, the dead, and the unborn could do it no better.”
Concerning Education:
“Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and consciencious stupidity
